Hello all,

We had a nice turn out for the NAAS shoot last night with 14 shooters  
including two new faces. Being April Fool's Day you never know what to  
expect, but the evening went smoothly without too much stress. I want  
to especially thank everyone for doing such an amazing job helping out  
last night. Pasting and targets and prop set up and tear down went so  
smoothly. It really makes the night run great when everyone helps out  
so much. Thank you from the humble staff/peons. =]

Alright so a few highlights! Ray and Rory Krone made it a father and  
son team for their first showing at NAAS and did a right spanking good  
job of it. Rory was shooting a brand new shiny EAA pistol he'd picked  
up through CPWSA and Chris was smiling even bigger than all of us to  
see how well Rory took to the gun. We will definitely be looking  
forward to seeing great stuff from these guys in the future. Cody  
still keeps on proving that the old adage of accuracy and efficiency  
breeding speed with each passing match. Scott Rogers and I were  
definitely feeling the heat until we noticed that he was shooting  
Limited Minor this week instead of Production class. I guess he  
decided to give the old guys a break for a change. We won't talk about  
how he beat Dave with his own equipment though will we? LOL

Outstanding shooting from everyone last night. We had a stage that  
could have had a bit of a safety trap (180 rule) but everyone managed  
it just perfectly so thank you again for another safe evening of fun  
with friends.

On to the scores! Please see the attached file for a complete rundown  
of the match scores. This same file is available on the  
NorthAtlantaActionShooters.org website under Match Results if you  
like. We keep a running history of the match results there for future  
reference. The scores are published tot he USPSA website as well. The  
Classifier scores are entered and paid for so they will hit by the  
middle of the month like usual.

Hello again,

Well it seem that Cody forgot to mark Major instead of Minor on his  
sign up sheet so we had to rerun the scores. That'll be 25 push ups  
next match Cody so don't forget to remind us that you have to do them.

Anyway. Here are the updated scores. They have also been resubmitted  
to USPSA and are updated on teh NAAS website.

I am pleased to announce & welcome our 3 newest NAAS members,  Larry 
Hansborough, Ray & Rory Krone , we hope you enjoyed yourselves, and  you obviously 
have the intentions of coming back as you became members.
 
Firstly to business. Doug (the range owner) has asked that we move our  shoot 
to Sunday evenings. Fiscally he believes it more viable to open he range  to 
the public on a Tuesday night than have us use it to shoot.
He asked more in a way of this is what must happen, rather then if we would  
like to. 
I e-mailed poled the members and 80% of the feed back I had was a positive,  
so now I am opening this up to all that shoot with us to see exactly what the  
shooter perspective would be to this change.
 
I know many of us shoot some Sunday's which might prove awkward, and if  
shooting on a Saturday having a two shooting weekend might make it difficult for  
others. But there are also the shooters that cannot make a Tuesday night that  
could make a Sunday evening?

Doug is looking at us to make the move in May, so that would be Sunday the

	our Tues-Sunday night change

Well,
it is confirmed we will be moving to Sunday nights in May, we will shoot  our 
last Tuesday night on the 29th, and resume in May on Sunday the 4th. 
I am unsure as to our start time as yet, as I have to have final  discussions 
with Doug get all the fine points smoothed out, I will keep you  informed. I 
am not sure but I think we will start at somewhere between 6 and  7pm, again I 
will let you all know.
I think we will keep classifier night on the 1st shoot of the month, we  will 
just have to wing it and see what pans out?
 
On to tonight's scores, but first an apology for all the table starts, but  
some plonker left his belt at home and it was the only way to still shoot the  
match, duh!

Sorry for the delay in getting these scores sent out. They were posted  
to the mail list but the mail list server was in an error state and  
holding all mail. =\  Again I apologize for the delay. The scores were  
posted to the USPSA website already so this is more follow up than  
anything. They are also linked on the NAAS webpage for those needing  
them later.

due to a conflict with the State Trap Shooting at South River over the  
weekend of the normal USPSA match on the 4th.

Dear NAAS Shooters,
tomorrow marks a change in the future of our Tuesday night shoot at  Bullseye 
marksman in Cumming. Please come on out and send it off with a bang!  (Pun 
intended)
 
We will transition to Sunday evening as of the 4th May.
 
I have not confirmed with Doug yet as to time, but I should imagine we  could 
get access at 6:00pm and start shooting at 6:30-6:45 and be done by  9:00pm.
 
If we do not see sufficient numbers on a regular basis, I will ask if we  can 
move back to an evening night, but I do not think that will be viable once  
we have moved, so if this does not work for more than 15 shooter each Sunday  
night we will have to look at maybe folding NAAS?
