I have had to stand down as President, as too has Kevin Allen as Vice President, as we both have conflicting issues on a Sunday evening, and both feel it best if we step aside and allow others that will be there most Sunday nights to effect the running of the club. We have both enjoyed being part of the NAAS structure/family, and we will both as and when possible still be part of it. To carry on with the restructuring, Jeffrey Abrahmas also stepped down as Treasurer, but was nominated and elected to become President of NAAS. Thanks you Jeffrey, we all know you will do an excellent job, and we will all be there to help/assist if and when you require. The Treasurers position was now vacant, and we have one of our newer members Mark Noernburg step up to take on this task. Jeffrey will keep the club bank account in his name, but will instruct Mark what he needs to do to pick up the position of Treasurer. Thanks you Mark. We also voted and created two more positions with in the NAAS structure. It was decided that two Vice-Presidents positions would make the load lighter, and allow for more club officials to be drawn upon for match nights. Nominees and new club Vice-Presidents were/are Scott Rogers and Matt Sharp, both were absent at the time of the meeting, but both had indicated the interest in getting involved with our weekly shoot. Thanks to the both of you. Also the position of club webmaster, was created. Webmaster is Kevin Allen, whom already runs our site. It was also decided that if and when Kevin can get out to shoot with us, he will do so free of charge, as he puts many hours into the creation and running of the web site (NorthAtlantaActionShooters.ORG) and provides server space FOC. Our new structure looks like this President - Jeffrey Abrahams Vice President - Matt Sharp Vice President - Scott Rogers Treasurer - Mark Noernburg Webmaster - Kevin Allen All 4 NAAS Officials shoot the match at 50% reduction in match fees. Kevin will shoot free, if and when he can get there. I will give as much input as I can with my limited availability for the next few months, and any assistance or advise I can offer, please feel free to ask. As always, if we all pitch in, it makes everything we do as a shooting family so much easier. Please welcome our new structure, and please also be aware that we are attracting many new members recently, and our numbers are steadily growing. Let's keep NAAS the success it has been in the past.
