Match Schedule 2008
Shooting our monthly indoor matches is great for fun and serious skill building in the gun handling aspects of your shooting, but the limitations of shooting indoors soon show themselves and you will need to spend some time shooting outdoor matches. These matches feature longer courses with more movement and a much wider array of props and target designs. The shooter's mind as well as his physical inventiveness come into play as match designers present the shooter with a problem and it's up to the shooter to solve it in a freestyle manner. This is one of the greatest strengths of IPSC shooting. If you are new to a range, make sure you show up early to get the lay of the land and possibly attend a safety briefing to ensure you are aware of any rules that are specific to that particular range. Safety is always our number one concern.
